Shipping policy

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing (Customization, payment processing, etc.) and 1-3 business days for shipping. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. In-stock items may arrive sooner, but most wigs need to be customized. Please note that business days do not include weekends. Once packages leave our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for them. Any delays, holds, or lost packages must be addressed directly with the courier, although we will assist when possible.

DHL & FedEx often delivers earlier than expected, but this is not guaranteed due to potential delays. Additionally, DHL only provides the nearest service area for delivery, so the listed location may differ from your actual shipping address—please don’t be alarmed.
